What are your Shipping Costs and Conditions?

Shipping costs may vary for different items (could be lower than the rates specified below). Add an item to your cart to know the rate for your order.

Following are the Standard international rates:

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
For Billing amount below Rs. 2000 – shipping charges would be Rs. 50 extra
For Billing amount above Rs. 2000 – Free shipping

We ship most of the products from our warehouses, please read delivery estimation time below.


How many Days does Delivery take?

TIER 1 – For most of the items, it would usually take 2-4 business days.

If you place your order during the holiday season, please allow for 1-3 extra business days, as shipping companies and Fitmart Store are very low on staff during these times and it may result in an unexpected delay. We, however, try our best to get your order delivered to you without delay.

How long do you take to ship Orders?

How long does my Refund take?

I’ve entered wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, E-mail Us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it.

However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact Us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you.

I Did Not Receive my Order! What to do?

I have not received tracking for my Order or Replacement Order!

Yes, we dispatch the products from our main warehouse.
